Ironically, I wasn’t allowed to listen to much music growing up but found myself listening to the radio every night as a kid. As a result, I love pop music. A great hook gets me every time. I also love artistry. Music has the power to connect you to a moment, reveal truth, deceive, influence, change lives…it’s an amazing thing. It’s also precious.
While I love great pop songs I also appreciate artistry. Carefully crafted lyrics, emotional music and clever melodies are a thing of beauty.
The music I listen to tends to be pretty diverse…rap, pop, worship, country, folk…whatever I’m in the mood for. I absolutely LOVE music!
